A branded publication can be a fundraising engine.
A professionally designed publication in donor mailboxes, boardroom pitches, or student recruitment folders sets your organization apart. It shouldn’t just be a pretty face — it should be a revenue-generating powerhouse.
In a world flooded with boilerplate Canva designs, your brand deserves more. Own your unique narrative. Position yourself as an authority. Build trust and real connection so your audience isn’t just impressed, they’re invested.
Let’s get those donor dollars, tuition checks, and startup funds flowing.
Why should your organization spend money, time and brain power on brand publishing?
The math doesn’t lie. When you combine a strong brand strategy with compelling storytelling, you build trust. And when people trust a brand, they’ll gladly spend their money, spread the word, and stick around for the long haul. Investing the time, money, and brainpower now? It’ll pay off in gold.

Types of Publications
This list ain’t exhaustive — just a taste. Got something else in mind? Ping me and we’ll dream up the right branded publication for your goals.
Printed vs Digital?
There’s a strong case for both a printed and a digital version. Let me break it down.
A printed publication is tactile, trust-building, and made to live on a coffee table. It’s a piece of branded collateral meant to be lingered over. Helping your audience connect with your world in a deeper, more invested way.
A digital version is ideal when your audience is global and you need to share information quickly and efficiently. It may be less experiential, but its reach is wide and it skips the printing price tag.
Most clients opt for a double-pronged approach. A bespoke printed piece offers an immersive, high-impact experience, while a digital version expands your reach and gets your message in front of more eyes.
Let’s talk to see which approach is best for your brand.

Coffee Table Book
Annual Report, Trees Louisville
Teamwork was a word that guided the TreesLouisville organization in 2023, and through employing the circle as a visual cue of that wholeness, inclusiveness, and togetherness, I created an annual report that felt unified, playful while also synthesizing their year-end-review of data and stats. Smart and Snappy look design for the win!

Finance, Climate and Gender, Women’s World Banking
This wasn’t your average slide deck. It needed to show up polished and professional for a global audience but still tell a human story. Curious how it all goes down?
Let’s break down the design process!
Each project is a little different and calls for a custom design process to make sure the scope and deliverables are clear and achievable.
At project kick-off, we’ll walk through your goals, define key milestones, and set up a feedback loop that works for everyone.
The design process outlined here is client-loved and battle-tested. It gives us a solid, strategic foundation to stay on track, on budget, and on time.
Don’t you worry your mind. I’ve got you covered.
1. Project Kick Off
After the initial deposit via my bank, NOVO (powered by Thread Bank). This non-refundable deposit is 50% of the total project quote. Once it’s paid, your project is officially locked into my design calendar—cue the confetti!
2. Discovery
Through Google Docs, I’ll guide you with a series of thought-provoking questions designed to help you uncover the core of your project. Some will be straightforward, while others may feel more abstract or even a bit vulnerable. My best advice? Don’t hold back, share as much as you can! The more juicy details you share, the more insight I’ll gain into your intentions, motivations, and desired outcomes.
3. Research + Experiments
This is where I start to geek out. I’m researching, word-mapping, thumbnailing, cutting, pasting, experimenting—letting curiosity run wild as I explore what this project could be.
4. Designs Delivered
Once I’ve landed on the strongest visual direction, I’ll head to the screen to bring the concepts to life. As I design, I continuously circle back to your responses—asking “why?” at every step to ensure every choice supports your story and goals.
5. Feedback Loop
Once the final concept is selected, we can begin the feedback loop. Together, we’ll go through a few rounds of revisions including both high-level and low level revisions. You know your story best, and I’m here to help shape it into a visual that feels juuuuust right.
6. Final! Final! Final!
And voilà! You’ve got yourself a smart, creative, finished piece that feels even better than you imagined. Once the final payment is received, I’ll upload all final files to our shared Google Drive, prepped for print and ready to shine. to our shared Google Drive, ready for print and primed to shine.
